Our Services

Quality Assurance Service

Very often training providers are required to show that their training and assessment are rigorous and quality assured by an external partner.

We have established the Creo Skills Quality Assurance Service (CQAS). This is based on our extensive experience on providing accreditation and L&D services and it enables us to provide third party assurance for your customers

We can examine your training offering, the quality of your delivery and assessment and we can provide external scrutiny which can reassure clients. As part of this service we can:

  • Award your course certificates, co-branded with you and our certificates each carry a hologramatic badge that prevents fraud
  • Conduct annual quality visits to examine your procedures, course delivery and assessments where appropriate, giving developmental feedback to your trainers and managers
  • Suggest avenues for accreditation if required
  • Award electronic badges linked to secure webpages that confirm the competences achieved and which learners can share with employers

Services to Employers

As Workforce Development specialists we can provide a wide range of consultancy and training services

We have worked with large corporations and SMEs on a range of workforce issues such as workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and role and competence development

As a Chartered Centre for the Chartered Management Institute we are able to construct and offer accredited and non-accredited management development programmes for all levels of management from the front line to senior and executive managers and we can provide specialist coaching and mentoring for managers who need a more individual approach

Sometimes organisations experience difficulties and we are able to use our organisational behaviour expertise to offer mentoring and restorative supervision to managers and leaders where required

Our focus is on developing skills, knowledge, behaviours and resilience culturally across large organisations and where needed, with laser like precision for individuals

Services to Training Providers

We work to provide support services for training providers to free them up to do what they do best which is to deliver high quality work based education and training while the quality assurance, assessment and accreditation/awarding can be left to us

We work in partnership with training providers all over the country, and internationally to provide access to accreditation services to change the commercial viability and attractiveness of your training

We are a Chartered Centre for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Agored Cymru, the Welsh Awarding Body. With these awarding partners we are able to offer access to endorsed and quality assured systems for your training and also through the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales, we can offer access to the awarding of levels and credits for your learners

We are highly experienced in accreditation systems and we would be delighted to discuss with you how we might be able to change your training to accredited training
